I've received my product but I can't find my keys

We supply keys with all our key-lock letterboxes. Our keys are usually found inside a zip-lock bag along with instructions. 

Depending on the product ordered, this bag is either found taped to the inside of the letterbox or within the packaging.

Please carefully check all packaging and inside all parts of the letterbox.
